Lucas Field to Make Long-Awaited Solo Debut
Seattle, WA-based singer-songwriter Lucas Field, former frontman of the heralded indie rock band Low vs Diamond, will make his much-anticipated solo debut with the release of “Conquest of Happiness” on November 15.
In a marked departure from Low vs Diamond, “Conquest of Happiness” features no guitars or synthesizers, instead embracing a ‘70s soul and R&B feel accentuated by Field’s songwriting depth and vocal texture.

The Best Kept Secret is also available in a CD format from CD Baby. The Best Kept Secret is Avana’s third album. She debuted with It’z On in 2004, which she followed up with her sophomore album, Oopz Uh Oh…” the same year. Christie said, “The difference between Avana and other artists is that she has a very unique voice – one that’s soulful, pleasing to listen to, and vocally refreshing. And she can do much more than just sing – she’s an entertainer as well. There’s a tremendous difference between the two.”

Coretez is the collaboration between Marc Rizzo and Roger Vazquez. “Esperanza” is the 5th release from the Coretez EP. The song was previously made available in 2003’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre soundtrack.
Rizzo recently completed recording the upcoming Soulfly album for Roadrunner Records and is currently on tour with Cavalera Conspiracy in the United States.
